All counseling services are offered through a secure, HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.
I am currently paneled with most primary insurance providers and have partnered with Headway for insurance and billing purposes.

Individual therapy is available for individuals ages 15 and older

Sara will meet with the couple for all couples therapy sessions. For billing purposes, one person is identified as the client and is billed through their insurance.

Family therapy is a space where families can come together to better understand one another, improve communication, and work through challenges in a supportive environment.
